Paid plans are billed in advance based on your selected billing cycle — monthly or annual. Access to paid features remains active for the full duration of the paid period unless you cancel earlier.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Your account stays active with full Pro features until the billing period ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Fees paid are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or when explicitly approved by ReviewAI support for exceptional circumstances such as technical failures on our end that prevented service delivery.

The Free plan is available indefinitely with no payment required. It includes one location, two AI suggestions per review, and English only. Downgrading from a paid plan to Free takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
gavel5. Charge Disputes
Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues before initiating chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
